Byron Stock, a compelling speaker and magnetic seminar leader, is an expert in teaching Emotional Intelligence skills and helping
clients achieve immediate, significant, and sustainable improvements in personal productivity, mental clarity, and health. With over
25 years experience in business, Byron guides organizations toward excellence by helping their people learn to use Emotional Intelligence
as a strategic tool to achieve goals, lead change more effectively, and improve company culture.
With an MBA in Business from Xavier University, a BS in Engineering from Purdue University, and business experience in manufacturing
engineering, human resources, research and engineering, and corporate education functions, Byron works easily with a variety of industries
and organizations.

Bonnie Moore - Senior Associate
Bonnie Moore's desire is to use her education and experience to assist people in creating healthy, fulfilling, and productive lives at
work, at home and within themselves. She is founder of the Moorehart Group, an educational and resource organization dedicated to
bringing more heart and quality of life in the areas of work, family relationships and personal life. Along with Bonnie's 19 years
of counseling/personal coaching experience, the Moorehart Group uses the HeartMath tools and technology as the foundation of its
educational programs, personal coaching and mediation programs.
Bonnie spent 2 years as an Officer in Bank Marketing and Customer Service Training and has 4 years of experience in non-profit
organizational management and fund raising. She holds BFA and BA degrees in arts therapy, counseling, and non-profit organizational
management. She has been an Independent Certified Trainer and One-on-One Coach for the Institute of HeartMath for 7 years.

Joanne Reid - Senior Associate
Joanne Reid has a varied background in management, consulting and education. In addition to her focus on Emotional Intelligence,
she has been a consultant in business transformation for fifteen years to both public and private sector organizations. Her consulting
includes assignments in the Middle East, Europe and North America. She has held leadership positions in the financial services industry,
primarily in Human Resources and Organizational Development. Previously she taught at The University of Western Ontario and Fanshawe College.
Joanne is Vice President of Vanier Children's Services Board and chairs its Development Committee. She holds a Master's degree in Management
Science from the University of Waterloo She is a Certified Management Consultant and executive member of the Strategic Capability Network.
She has published on leadership, organizational agility and performance cultures for various journals including Ivey Business Journal.

Jane Schuman - Senior Associate
A talented speaker, facilitator and trainer from Illinois, Jane Shuman has motivated, inspired, and coached workers in organizations as
large and diverse as GE, AT&T, and the US Postal Service. Since 1995, Jane has delivered multiple programs on emotional intelligence,
ranging from conference keynotes to in-depth training programs for employee development. Jane is an Independent Certified Trainer with the
Institute of HeartMath. Jane's private sector clients include Siemens Rolm, the National Association of Electric Distributors, Quaker, Wendy's
International and Philip Morris. Public sector clients include the US Postal Service, government municipalities, community colleges and K-12
school district administrative teams.

April Frank - Senior Associate
April Frank specializes in organizational training and consulting in emotional intelligence, managing change, team building, stress management,
communication, conflict resolution and customer service. As a trainer and coach, she works with diverse types of organizations, teams and individuals
to create more coherence and increase performance individually and organizationally. She is licensed and certified by the Institute of HeartMath and
accredited by Hay/McBer to administer the Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI).
During the 1980s April held management, leadership and training positions in corporate America's fast-growth, high-tech companies. She then founded
and was CEO of a manufacturing company, which was recognized as the leader in its market. April is passionate about sharing her business expertise,
experiences in transforming setbacks, and her skills in enhancing personal and organizational performance.
