Learning Resource Network (LERN) National Conference
Developing Your Emotional Intelligence
by Byron Stock
Background
LERN's (Learning Resources Network) Annual Conference features advanced, practical, how-to information on programming and marketing lifelong learning programs. The conference is attended by over 950 participants from the United States, Canada, and around the world. The content is geared to those in a variety of institutional settings conducting educational programs, either for the community or for the business industry.
LERN President, William Drave, CAE and President of LERN had this to say about Byron Stock ...
This is to recommend to you Byron Stock as a speaker, presenter, or teacher. He has delivered a talk on "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence" at our annual conference for two years now, and the reception has been exceptionally positive.
This is especially noteworthy because participants at our annual conference are administrators of educational programs and events themselves, so they recognize a good presentation and learning experience when they see it. As program providers themselves, they are a tough audience to please.
As a conference presenter, Mr. Stock met several of my "bottom line" needs:
- Satisfaction. I want and get quality sessions at our conference. Mr. Stock's sessions are highly rated.
- Attendance. We want people in the room. Mr. Stock's sessions had very high attendance, so we know his topic and presentation are popular.
- Attentive. Mr. Stock was attentive to the needs of our audience, and to the needs of our association, and was an easy presenter with whom to work.
For these reasons, I am pleased to recommend him to you for consideration at your next event or program.
