This is a pretty important thing you need to do for yourself. I would like my direct reports to have this program.

I recommend it to anyone. I want to give it to line managers. It's helping me, and I will keep applying it to my life.

It is an effective program if you use the tools. You can call the techniques what you want, but they are effective at helping you improve if you use them. If you are going to invest the time and money you need to use them. The more people that use them the better off the operation will be.

This program teaches one of the most basic and important thing people can learn to function in business and society. It is a life change opportunity for me. I'm holding on to it and not letting go. I see myself doing it forever.

Follow-up with key managers - there is no one to follow-up with them to ensure they are doing the things they way they were intended. Should look in on them every couple of weeks. Would be helpful.

Some people got the idea this is a spiritual or new age way of going about things. I would say these are tools to improve yourself. This is good stuff, but I don't do it in church - this is not about church - this is a way to improve yourself in life. These are tools you need. You have to exercise the muscle to practice and get better. These are good tools to use to get better.
