From August 2006 through December of 2006, a second Developing Emotional Competence™ Program was facilitated for a global restaurant chain. Nineteen participants were trained. Program Facilitated for a Large Government Organization
First Quarter 2003

The Enhancing Personal Effectiveness™ (EPE) Program is a multi-contact program designed to provide specific techniques people can use to enhance their existing Emotional Intelligence skills. The program supports participants in the application of those techniques back on the job and in their personal lives. As a part of the program, Byron Stock & Associates LLC conducts impact interviews with a sample of the participants to determine program results.
