3. Report Results
Research has revealed the critical impact emotions can have on an organization's bottom line.

We are committed to measure the results of our programs and encourage you to internally market the positive results. Through a variety of methods we
work with you to collect data and information. We analyze that data and create a Summary Report which forms the basis of a Debrief Meeting.
- Summary Report - Includes comparative data for pre and post training measures, personal goals, participant benefit responses, other key department measures, and conclusions and recommendations.
- Debrief Meeting - Held with the sponsor/champion to report results, evaluate progress toward program goals, and discuss actions to market the results and organizational benefits internally.
